Your two-night and three-day itinerary includes a plethora of activities:

DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Transfer north to the heart of Haliburton Highlands. Check-in your accommodation and settle in. Take a hike on one of the rugged and scenic trails to get acquainted with some of the geology and geomorphology of the area and perhaps search for the Harburn Wells. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight. Meals: D
DAY 2: DAILY ACTIVITIES
After breakfast, transfer to Greenmantle Farm and enjoy a hiking tour of the property to discover and identify natural deposits of fluorrichterite, orthoclase, tremolite, actinolite, apatite, and quartz. Enjoy a tasty picnic lunch. After lunch, visit local sites to collect minerals such as amphibole, red and green apatite, biotite, calcite, and titanate, and others. Return to accommodation for dinner. Meals: B, L, D
DAY 3: DAILY ACTIVITIES & DEPARTURE
After breakfast, Visit Hotspur Studio to meet geologist turned artist, Gary Blundell to view his art and hear his stories on how rocks have inspired his creations. Time permitting we will visit another site to do more rockhounding. As an alternative, you can hike and study
the unique geological area is known as Harburn Wells. Afterward, continue on to your next destination. Meals: B, L
