Day 1: Montreal – Arrival and Immersion
Welcome to Montreal, the second largest French speaking city in the world. After arriving at the airport, you’ll be whisked away to your downtown hotel where you can settle in and get ready to experience the wonders that this city has to offer.

Day 2: Montreal – Discover the City’s Best
Today is your day to explore Montreal. With its rich history, delectable cuisine, and dynamic nightlife, Montreal has something for everyone.
Take a stroll down the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal, where you can admire the European-style architecture, stop for a cup of coffee at a sidewalk cafe or browse the local shops and art galleries. Explore sprawling Mount Royal Park, where you can hike, bike or simply take in the breathtaking city views. Food lovers won’t want to miss trying the famous Montreal bagels and poutine or indulging in the city’s diverse culinary scene. There’s always something going on, with summer festivals and colourful street art.

Day 3: Montreal to Saint-Alexis-des-Monts – Fly, Explore and Relax
After a leisurely morning in Montreal, you’ll take a private 35-minute floatplane flight to Saint-Alexis-des-Monts for a relaxing resort adventure surrounded by lush forests and tranquil waters.
Your stay at Auberge du Lac-a-l’Eau-Claire includes activities such as canoeing, kayaking, tennis, biking and pedal boating, as well as relaxing experiences like the Finnish bath, steam bath, and saunas. There is also a semi-Olympic pool for use at the Aquatic Centre. Other activities, such as fishing, massage or ATV excursions, can be included for an additional charge.

Day 4: Saint-Alexis-des-Monts – Observe Majestic Wildlife
Rise and shine for an exhilarating bear and beaver observation experience in the morning. You’ll spot these majestic creatures as they go about their daily routines, while also getting up close to stunning summer flora. Then, spend the rest of the day exploring the natural beauty of the resort, taking in the breathtaking scenery around you.

Day 5: Saint-Alexis-des-Monts to Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier – Flight to Paradise
Today, you’ll embark on another private float plane journey, this time headed to Lac Sept Iles and Duchesnay for your next resort experience. Enjoy a range of activities, from swimming in the indoor pool to exploring the 25.7km hiking trails, cycling network, and the sandy beach. Take in the peaceful surroundings, soak in the outdoor jacuzzi, and relish in the serenity of this natural paradise.

Day 6: Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier – Adventure Time
Unleash your inner adventurer with self-guided activities at the resort, such as kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, and cycling. Explore the natural surroundings, bask in the sun on the sandy beach, or challenge your friends to a game of volleyball. This is your day to revel in the great outdoors.

Day 7: Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier to Quebec City – Transfer to the French Quarter
Spend the morning enjoying the resort, before taking a land transfer to Quebec City, the first French settlement in North America. You’ll stay in the luxurious Hotel Chateau Laurier, or a similar hotel, in a classic room, where you can experience the unique ambiance of this historic city.

Day 8: Quebec City – Discover the Charm of Old Quebec
Today, you’ll have a free day to explore Quebec City and all that it has to offer. Take a stroll through the historic Old Quebec neighbourhood and enjoy the charming cobblestone streets and European architecture. Visit the famous Chateau Frontenac, which offers stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. Enjoy a picnic at the beautiful Plains of Abraham or explore nearby Montmorency Falls.
You’ll fall in love with this French-inspired city. Discover the many hidden gems and enjoy the exciting summer festivals and outdoor activities that this city has to offer. You can also add in an optional 90 min cruise on the St. Lawrence. Marvel at the Montmorency Falls and the beauty of luxuriant Ile d’Orleans as you take advantage of the best viewpoint on this historic city.

Day 9: Quebec City – Departure
Make your way to the Quebec City airport.

2 Night extension to Charlexoix:
Day 7: Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier to La Malbaie
After a relaxing morning our journey continues to the mighty St. Lawrence River and our next destination La Malbaie. The 35 minute flight will take you to Lac Nairne from where you will be transferred to Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in the Charlevoix region, renowned for its natural and cultural heritage. Accommodation: Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu – Fairmont Room.
Day 8: La Malbaie
Today you have more time to explore the area or spend some time on the property grounds. Enjoy the 27-hole golf course, all-season outdoor and indoor heated pools and Jacuzzis, or take part in one of many activities offered on-site via the Wellness Center. Historic guided tour of the hotel, mini-golf, bike… many more activities await you. Make sure to plan a visit to the Casino de Charlevoix and some relaxing time at the Moment Spa!
Day 9: La Malbaie – Quebec City
Morning at leisure and afternoon transfer to Lac Nairne for your floatplane back to Lac Sept Iles, from where you will be transferred by land to Quebec City.
The final two days will be the same as day 8 & 9 of the standard program.
