Immerse yourself in the Great Canadian North on this retreat in the Yukon. Located just 35 min from Whitehorse, this lakefront lodge stay is close to all amenities while being far enough from the city lights to have a great view of the Aurora Borealis at night – beautifully reflected in the lake right outside your door. During the day, enjoy gourmet meals cooked fresh by the onsite chef, participate in activities offered on site and relax as you enjoy the beautiful northern scenery. Fall is a special time as the colours are rich, the wildlife is out in abundance and the Northern Lights.

This sample itinerary is based on a five day stay. If you have chosen a shorter duration, please disregard the additional day at the Lodge. You may chose from any of the activities for your duration of stay.
DAY 1: JOURNEY TO YOUR CULINARY LAKESIDE RETREAT
You will be greeted at the Whitehorse airport by our local driver and if time allows (depending on your flight arrival), you will be treated to a short tour of the city. You’ll then make your way to the beautiful lakefront lodge, where you will spend the next 2 or 3 nights. As you settle into your room, you’ll be able to admire the breathtaking views of Marsh Lake, surrounded by high mountains and immense forests. This is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature. After taking in the sights, enjoy a delicious gourmet three-course dinner served family style in the dining room overlooking the lake. End the night by soaking in the outdoor hot tub while admiring the Northern Lights.
DAY 2: NATURE ESCAPE & LODGE ACTIVITIES
Wake up to a delicious breakfast served at the lodge, made with fresh local ingredients. Take a walk to see the local wildlife or go on a hike in the surrounding forests. Return to the lodge for a scrumptious lunch before spending the afternoon by the lake or partaking in some of the activities offered at the lodge. In the evening, enjoy another gourmet three-course dinner in the dining room while taking in the gorgeous scenery. End the night by watching the Northern Lights from your room or the outdoor hot tub.
DAY 3: OPTIONAL TOUR & LODGE ACTIVITIES
After breakfast, you can explore more of the surroundings or book a tour of the Southern Lakes region (available from Mid-August to Mid-September; extra costs apply). Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon enjoying the beautiful fall colours.
In the evening, indulge in a delicious dinner made with fresh local ingredients that reflect the pillars of Yukon cuisine. End the night by soaking in the hot tub or watching the Northern Lights before retiring for the night.
DAY 4: EXPLORE WHITEHORSE
Enjoy a final breakfast at the lodge before checking out. You will then be transferred back to Whitehorse. If your arrival time did not allow for a quick city tour of Whitehorse upon arrival, your driver will try to schedule it today. Explore the city’s attractions, such as museums, galleries, and shops. Spend your last evening in Whitehorse enjoying a good dinner and some eclectic Northern nightlife.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE
After checking out of your hotel, make your way to the Whitehorse airport via shuttle or taxi for your flight home
