DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN YELLOWKNIFE & FIRST AURORA GLIMPSE

Upon your arrival in Yellowknife, a shuttle will greet you and take you directly to your hotel. You'll have some time to settle into your room and prepare for the evening. As darkness falls, you'll embark on your first Aurora Hunting Tour. Your guides will drive you away from the city lights to a prime viewing location, chosen for its clear skies and open views. Here, you'll wait for the Northern Lights to appear, hoping to see the vibrant, dancing colors illuminate the vast Arctic sky. It's a truly special experience to witness this natural wonder. After the tour, you'll be brought back to your hotel.

DAY 2: YELLOWKNIFE CITY TOUR & MORE AURORA VIEWING

Your day begins with a Sightseeing City Tour of Yellowknife. This tour will take you through the city's distinct areas, from the historic Old Town, known for its unique buildings and lakeside views, to the more modern downtown. Your local guide will share insights into Yellowknife's past, its gold rush history, and how the community thrives in this northern environment. You'll get a real sense of daily life here. The afternoon is free for you to relax or explore on your own. As evening arrives, you'll head out for your second Aurora Hunting Tour, seeking another chance to see the captivating Northern Lights. Each night offers a different display, making every viewing unique. You'll return to your hotel after the tour.

DAY 3: DOG SLEDDING & AURORA HUNTING

Today offers a unique cultural experience with an Indigenous Dogsled Tour. You'll meet the friendly sled dogs and learn about their importance in Indigenous traditions and travel in the North. Your guides will share stories and knowledge, connecting you to the land and its history. You'll then enjoy a ride on a dog sled, feeling the quiet glide over snowy trails as the dogs lead the way through the peaceful winter landscape. This activity provides a deep connection to Arctic culture. The afternoon is free for you to reflect or explore further.
