This itinerary is a sample and may vary based on weather conditions and wildlife activity. 

Day 1: Arrival in Winnipeg

Arrive in Winnipeg and make your own way to the hotel. Enjoy a free day to explore Winnipeg at your leisure.

Day 2: Winnipeg to Churchill

Check out from your Winnipeg hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Churchill. Upon arrival at Lazy Bear Lodge, embark on a 2 to 3-hour Churchill Heritage Tour. Explore historic sites, including Cape Merry, an outside tour of the ‘Polar Bear Jail,’ the wreckage of the famous plane ‘Miss Piggy,’ and many other historic sites that make Churchill the town it is today. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 3: Hudson Bay Coastal Tour

Today, embark on a full day Hudson Bay Coastal Tour aboard the Matonabee vessel, a brand new, customized, Transport Canada certified vessel. This expedition offers unparalleled opportunities to observe polar bears, beluga whales, Arctic sik-siks, over 200 nesting or migrating bird species, seals, Arctic hare, Arctic fox, and more. Our experienced guides will take you to beautiful wild places offering the best chances to see polar bears in their summer habitat. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 4: Beluga Whale Boat Tour/Fort Tour

Set out on a Beluga Whale Boat Tour/Fort Tour, cruising the Churchill River and Hudson Bay. Witness the majestic beluga whales feeding on caplin, Arctic char, and brook trout. Hundreds of beluga whales come to these warm, shallow waters to feed, mate, and give birth. Explore the historic Prince of Wales Fort during a walking tour. Optional extras include AquaGliding and kayaking with the whales. Duration is approximately 3 hours. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 5: Day at Leisure

Enjoy a day to explore Churchill or participate in optional activities (weather and availability permitting) such as kayaking, Beluga AquaGliding, or dog mushing (on wheels). Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 6: Tundra Tour & Return to Winnipeg

Check-out from Lazy Bear Lodge after breakfast. Embark on a summer Tundra Tour on the Arctic Crawlers to explore the Arctic landscape for about 3 hours. Transfer to the airport for your flight from Churchill to Winnipeg. Upon arrival in Winnipeg, check-in at your hotel. Meals included: breakfast and lunch.

Day 7: Depart
