Aurora Dreams: An All-inclusive Autumn Lodge Stay in the Yukon

DAY 1: WELCOME TO THE LODGE

Your adventure starts with a pickup from the airport in Whitehorse and a transfer to the lodge where you will settle into your comfortable chalet. After freshening up, you can savour a hearty dinner prepared by the talented Chef As night sets in search for the elusive Northern Lights by the bonfire while enjoying hot chocolate and s’mores or in the privacy of your own cabin.

DAY 2: EXPLORE WHITEHORSE

The day begins with a healthy European breakfast, setting the tone for an adventure-filled day. Today enjoy a city tour of Whitehorse, where you can get a glimpse of the town's fascinating culture and history. You also have the option (at additional cost) to join The Yukon Wildlife Preserve & Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs Tour is an exciting, guided tour. It offers excellent opportunities to view and photograph northern wildlife in its natural habitat such as BigHorn Sheep, Mountain Goats, Deer, Elk, Woodland Caribous, Wood Bisons, Musk-Oxen and Moose. After the preserve, visit the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs where you can relax in the brand-new and take in the fall landscape. For dinner, guests are indulged with a family-style three-course meal, carefully prepared by the resort's talented chef using fresh and local ingredients. After which guests can enjoy another night of Aurora viewing either by the fire or in their chalet.

DAY 3: SOUTHERN LAKES REGION ADVENTURE

Today promises an exciting day of adventure and a chance to revel in the natural beauty of the Southern Lakes Region including Emerald Lake, Carcross Desert and Village of Carcross. Begin the day on a high note with a hearty European breakfast to fuel up for the upcoming day-long tour. The tour, expertly guided, offers a view of the fall colours now prevalent all over the region. Later, tuck into a luxurious chef-prepared dinner before settling down for yet another night of Aurora viewing in your Alpine chalet or by the bonfire.

DAY 4: NATURE WALK & LEISURE DAY

After a hearty breakfast, enjoy a relaxing day at the lodge. You can opt for a scenic hike through the forest or along a tranquil lake, or unwind with a rejuvenating spa treatment. In the evening, indulge in a delicious three-course dinner, and end your day with one last Northern Lights viewing, either from your cabin or by the bonfire.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE DAY

Start your final day with yet another delicious breakfast, the perfect way to fuel up before your transfer back to the airport for your flight home.
