DAY 1: ARRIVE IN WINNIPEG
Arrive independently in Winnipeg and check into your hotel. In the evening, meet your photography specialist and fellow travellers for a welcome dinner and orientation session. Receive an overview of the week ahead, along with practical tips to prepare for photographing in Churchill’s subarctic light.

DAY 2: FLY TO CHURCHILL & FIRST AURORA WORKSHOP
Take an early flight north to Churchill and settle into your accommodation. Begin with an introductory workshop on aurora photography, covering composition, camera settings, and night-sky techniques. Later, explore the town on a guided photo tour before your first evening of northern lights viewing at Thanadelthur Lounge: a heated, glass-fronted space designed for aurora observation and photography.

DAY 3: DOG SLEDDING, CULTURE & DAN’S DINER
Start the day with a dog-sledding adventure led by local mushers, learning about Churchill’s sled dog heritage. That evening, enjoy the remarkable Dan’s Diner experience: a pop-up culinary event on the frozen river, where regional flavours and the night sky come together in a setting like no other.

Join a guided snowshoe trek through the boreal forest, with the option to try fat biking along packed trails.
